Getting Lazaire to you
Dispatch
Every Lazaire order is packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Each fragrance is gift-ready as standard — wrapped, sealed, and accompanied by a complimentary sample so you can discover another scent in the collection.
Delivery & tracking
We ship across India with complimentary, fully tracked delivery. Most major cities receive their order within 3–5 days; more remote pin codes can take up to 7 days. As soon as your order leaves us, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.

Lazaire currently ships within India only. We don’t ship internationally just yet — write to [email protected] and we’ll tell you the day that changes.
Returns
If something isn’t right
Unopened items
If you change your mind, sealed and unopened fragrances can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The bottle must be in its original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
Opened fragrance
For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened or used fragrance cannot be returned — the single exception being an item that arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered. In that case we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund right away — the return is on us.

How refunds work
Once we’ve received and checked a returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll email you the moment it’s on its way back to you.

Shipping is complimentary on every Lazaire order across India — there is no minimum order value and no hidden charge.
Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days to major cities and up to 7 days to more remote pin codes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance can’t be returned — unless it arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn’t what you ordered, in which case we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
